Oh well. One out of four coming true isn't bad. (Guess which one?)

Happy better new year to all Dry Boners. (No lubrication pun intended).

B"H - I don't have a wish list for 2013. I have a similar one for 5775, the year Jews are in. Plus one: You, and with you the Israeli left, please G-d, stop them acting as if they were goyim!

No. It is 2013 in the modern world which Israel is a part of.

My sincere best wishes to all Dry Boner's...

With utmost respect, I wish to suggest a different opinion: the whole world may now be3 concerned, not about the Jewish State "building homes for Jews" but specifically about the implementation of the E1 Settlement Plan (please click on the link if you wish to read a Wikipedia Article about it).

Although the E1 Plan was back in the times of our beloved Yitzhak Rabin, he always refrained from implementing any construction in the E1 area between Ma'ale Adumim and Jerusalem.

To say that the world is "worrying about the Jewish State building homes for Jews" is, to say the least, an oversimplification.

In my wish list for this 2013, I shall include my plea that the voice of doves in Israel may become stronger than that of the hawks presently in power, so that our dream of a lasting Peace may come true!

As John Lennon declared:
"All We Are Saying is Give Peace a Chance"

Sorry, but I am all for the E1 plan..I am 100% behind a HUGE State of Israel occupied by MILLIONS of Jews..Peace has been given a chance for thousands of years and will not come for us until the Islamists are defeated..They are a war like people and the only thing they respect is a military that can conquer them...Bowing down to them will show a weakness that they WILL exploit...

I sure agree with Anonymous about having given peace a chace. I wish we would just declare Judean and Smariah (I can't spell) part of Israel and move any one who wants to live there into homes there. I think we should cut off all support to Gaza,(we did leave there didn't we?) and get on with our lives.
I know this is a pipe dream that the doves would never allow it. But I have it on my New Year wish list.

Actualy we should take Gaza back...The Islamists can go live with their brothers in Egypt..

It seems quite evident how there´s now a strong bloodthirsty urge to advance the E1 Settlement Plan...

Again, I strongly respect those who share that opinion; nevertheless, my purpose here is to demonstrate that this is not the only existing opinion, and that there are many people within Israel and abroad who pray that Peace may still have an opportunity to manifest within Ha'aretz.

Here's an example:
400-plus rabbis, cantors oppose E1 plans

“We fear that building settlements in E1 would be the final blow to a peaceful solution,” the letter says, while expressing concern that “the current situation in the occupied territories violates Palestinian human rights and undercuts the very values on which Israel was founded — democracy, liberty, justice, and peace.”

A personal question to you, dear Mr. Anonymous:
"Do you honestly believe that producing WAR and bloodshed can bring closer the long expected coming of Ha-Mashiach?

Do you really expect to build our Bet HaMikdash (בֵּית־הַמִּקְדָּשׁ) upon thousands and thousands of dead corpses on the Holy Land?

Our history Is war and bloodshed..Our State is built upon thousands and thousands of corpses since the beginning of recorded history..You don't live here and your opinion is worthless...I don't give a dam what you or a bunch of peacenik rabbis think...

WAR is a disastrous calamity for most human beings, but it often represents a compelling business for a few...

If there is no longer a chance for Peace within our hearts, then there's only room for WAR...

There seems to be a Pro-WAR Agenda now being pushed forward, in the name of G-d and Country...

This Pro-War Agenda is not necessarily recent, some people suggest that its plans may have started a long time ago, as mentioned in the letter that Albert Pike allegedly sent to his friend Giuseppe Mazzini, which reads the following:
The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion.

WAR does have the power to make a very few people happy... definitely, I am not one of them.

Come live here in Israel and you will change the way you think about war. You will see that it is necessary on a daily basis for us against the Islamists.

To live under a permanent turmoil, that must be indeed extremely difficult and complicated; something that only the people who live in Israel might understand...

Nevertheless, please help us understand why, in your opinion, do you consider that the present implementation of the E1 Settlement Plan would make things easier in Israel... as seen from abroad, it would actually seem to make it all much worse.

Besides, Israel's Basic Law: Human Dignity and Liberty, which was passed by the Knesset on 12 Adar 5752 (17th March 1992) and amended on 21 Adar, 5754 (9th March, 1994), when Yitzhak Rabin was Prime Minister, it possibly should be taken also in consideration.

After the amendment, this Basic Law now includes the following section:

Basic principles
1. Fundamental human rights in Israel are founded upon recognition of the value of the human being, the sanctity of human life, and the principle that all persons are free; these rights shall be upheld in the spirit of the principles set forth in the Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Israel."

This Law makes no difference between Jews and Goyim; it might sound like sheer nonsense to some bloodthirsty hawks, but to their disgust it is indeed a Basic Law in Israel.

The Basic Law applies only to Jews and other humans. It does not apply to animals such as the Islamists.

Netanyahu seems trigger-happy about bombing Iran... but not necessarily everyone else in Israel, meaning the people (Am Israel), think the same way and wish the same thing as Netanyahu...
