We're at it again! Election Time in Israel. This cartoon was done in December of 1991. Labor was in trouble back then, too.

The current comment would be: "just ONE tiny splinter party?!!"

How short is the memory of the general Israeli electorate. Has one center party existed for longer than 2terms?

I appeal to all voters: Don't waste your vote. There are two large parties with a long history: Likud and Labor. Chose one. Anything else will give us four more years of the same old same old: The Prime Minister running the coalition instead of running the country.
May common sense prevail.

Does this mean that splinter parties are a 'thorn in the flesh'?
